Philip played Charlie an undercover policeman in this 1995 British film about football hooliganism. In the film four policemen go undercover to infiltrate a gang of footall hooligans, who support the fictional football club Shadwell Town FC, in order to discover the identity of the ringleader. The cast included Sean Pertwee, Saskia Reeves and Reece Dinsdale. The Director was Philip Davis.
